Speco Adds to Growing Team!

Speco Technologies is thrilled to introduce Tyler Rowe as the latest addition to our expanding team! Joining our headquarters office, Tyler joins our esteemed customer service team. With a wealth of experience under his belt, including years in direct sales and a robust background in customer service across diverse sectors such as food service and door-to-door interactions, Tyler brings a unique skill set to the table. His academic journey took him through Cortland for college, culminating in a degree in chemistry from Stony Brook University in 2017.

Outside of the office, Tyler has been an active member of a band for over a decade, contributing to professionally recorded projects. Additionally, he is an avid hockey enthusiast who enjoys playing whenever his schedule allows. Speco Technologies looks forward to witnessing Tyler’s contributions as he helps expand and enhance the customer service team.

Speco Adds New Addition to Finance Team!

Speco is pleased to introduce the latest member of our team, Dalma Rivera! Dalma will be part of the finance department at our headquarters office. She brings a wealth of experience in commercial credit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service, and sales.

Outside of work, Dalma enjoys spending time with her family, including her five wonderful grandchildren. She also volunteers at her local church and with the Greenbelt Trail Conference, an organization committed to conserving the Long Island Pine Barrens.

South Florida Has A New Man!

We’re excited to announce the newest addition to the Speco team, Joe O’Brien! Joe is stepping into the role of Regional Sales Manager for South Florida. Originally from Syracuse, NY, Joe brings 19 years of industry expertise to the table. He now calls Boca Raton, Florida home, where he cherishes moments with his wife and two daughters, indulging in outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, and scuba diving. Speco firmly believes that his passion, knowledge, and leadership will be instrumental in driving significant and favorable advancement for the company in the times ahead.

Speco is pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of two outstanding individuals within its sales division. John Mendoza has been promoted to the position of Director of Sales – West, while Julian Cardona assumes the role of Director of Sales – Southeast.

John has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market. In his new role as Director of Sales – West, he will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales initiatives across the western region, ensuring continued growth and success for the company.

As Director of Sales – Southeast, Julian will spearhead sales efforts in the southeastern region, leveraging his expertise to strengthen client relationships and drive business development.
