Today, Speco Technologies, the leading manufacturer of security products that deter crime, announced the launch of 8 new IP cameras, called OnSIP to their portfolio of CCTV surveillance products. OnSIP refers to Open Network Speco Internet Protocol.  

The new OnSIP camera line brings upgraded imaging technology and advanced features to the market at affordable prices. Four of the eight cameras feature 2.0 Megapixel image resolution and advanced image compression technology. All of the cameras are dual codec (H.264 and MJPEG).  All models offer 2 way audio communications and are OnVIF ® compatible.  Some of the new OnSIP cameras from Speco feature multi-profile streaming, with up to 4 simultaneous video profiles, while others offer SD card storage for recording on the edge. A wall/ceiling mounting kit is included with each camera and the off-white camera housings blend into most environments.

Hybrid H.264 Full D1 Real Time Recording

Amityville, NY — January 13, 2012 — Today, Speco Technologies announced immediate availability of the new GS DVR, the fourth release in Speco’s new S-Series line of DVRs.  The GS is the security industry’s most powerful digital video recorder and the best option for professional range of market surveillance.

Capable of simultaneously recording at 480ips at D1 (4CIF), the GS DVR offers exceptional performance.  The user interface is not only user-friendly and intuitive, but also perfectly optimized for full HD monitors.
